VILLA SAI

Situated within the Northern Mariana Islands, reflects the evolution of tourism and residential architecture in this region.

With an area of 1,200 square meters, it´s design is rooted in simplicity, deriving its form from a basic cube sliced into four strips to delineate various functional areas and privacy levels. The focal point of the villa is its central garden, offering a tranquil retreat for visitors amidst the bustling atmosphere of Saipan. Additionally, the incorporation of double-height spaces provides captivating vistas of the Saipan coastline, integrating the natural beauty of the surroundings into the living space.

Strategically positioned, with an extended frontal orientation with views towards the beach, this maximizes its visual connection to the shoreline. Meanwhile, service areas are discreetly located at the rear, ensuring a seamless blend of aesthetics and functionality. In essence, our Saipan Villa represents a harmonious blend of architectural raw simplicity and landscape appreciation. As a symbol of luxury living in the Northern Mariana Islands, it embodies a quiet lifestyle amidst the dynamic backdrop of Saipan’s evolving landscape.
